Session sizes will be limited so please submit your registration form and submit online payment ASAP. This year and moving forward we will be accepting online payments only. Confirmation of registration will be emailed upon receipt of the registration form and online payment.

REFUND POLICY
We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is as follows:

Full Refund: Available if cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the first day of camp.

Partial Refund (50%): Available if cancellation is requested 3–6 days before the camp begins.

No Refund: Cancellations made within 2 days of the start of camp or after the camp has begun are not eligible for a refund.

Medical Emergencies: In the case of a medical emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds or credits may be issued at our discretion with a valid doctor’s note.

CAMP CANCELLATION POLICY
Camp must have at least 20 campers enrolled in order to take place. A full refund will be given to registrants if this number is not obtained.
