Session sizes will be limited so please register and submit online payment ASAP. We will be accepting online payments only. Confirmation of registration will be emailed upon receipt of the registration form and online payment.

REFUND POLICY
We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is as follows:

Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the start of camp will receive a full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee.

No Refund: Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for missed days or early withdrawal due to injury, illness, or scheduling conflicts.

Medical Emergencies: In the case of a medical emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds or credits may be issued at our discretion with a valid doctor’s note.

CAMP CANCELLATION POLICY
Camp must have at least 20 campers enrolled in order to take place. A full refund will be given to registrants if this number is not obtained.
