PAYMENT METHODS

Session sizes will be limited so please submit your applications ASAP. We will be accepting online registrations, along with checks/money orders, and cash walk-up registrations. Walk-up registration is available, but pre-registration via online or mail in is recommended as space may be limited. Confirmation of application will be emailed upon receipt of the application.

  - Pay via Credit/Debit Card, Paypal, Apple Pay

Liability Waiver/Release Form

I hereby state that my child meets medical standards for participation in a basketball camp. I also understand that B-CC High School and the camp directors, coaches, and staff assume no responsibility and shall not be liable to my child or myself for any injury or damage caused resulting directly or indirectly from my child’s participation in the B-CC Basketball Camp at any time preceding, during, or after camp is in session. I hereby discharge B-CC Basketball Camp and its employees from all actions, claims, and demands that my child or I may have for any such injury or damage. Furthermore, I give B-CC Basketball Camp permission to seek emergency medical treatment if necessary for my child on my behalf. I give consent to B-CC Basketball Camp to use photographs and/or video of my child engaged in camp activities to promote future B-CC Basketball Camp sponsored events.

REFUND POLICY

If an emergency or injury takes place within seven days of the start of camp, you must notify us immediately of your need to withdraw from camp and a note must be issued within 48 hours to the start of camp. A refund will be issued once a note from a diagnosing physician is submitted.
