Cancellation Policy

REFUND POLICY If an emergency or injury takes place within seven days of the start of camp, you must notify us immediately of your need to withdraw from camp and a note must be issued within 48 hours to the start of camp. A refund will be issued once a note from a diagnosing physician is submitted. CAMP CANCELLATION POLICY Each camp must have at least 20 campers enrolled in order to take place. A full refund will be given to registrants if this number is not obtained.
